Having been coached by multiple coaching companies in the past, two major things felt were missing after my experience; 1) a lack of clarity for the future and 2) specific action items to take next. After only two calls with Lars, I was blown away at the amount of things we were able to accomplish in such a short period of time. Finalizing our business model, understanding agent commissions and the best ways to structure compensation, discovering our Team’s Mission and Purpose, access to the tools on how to increase our referrals by 10-15% in the next 12 months, the most cost effective return to increase our listing inventory, and having a specific game plan to help prioritize and put this all together into massive action.
