How Donny Coram Prioritized His Goals by Working with Lars

Donny Coram, a real estate agent from Colorado Springs, has been coaching with Lars for about a year and is hard at work building his business by implementing systems that have proven to be repeatable. He has also shifted his business’ focus.

“We’ve been buyer-focused for years with pay-per-click advertising. We’ve gotten away from that and are more focused now on listings, postcards, and marketing of that nature in order to generate business. I’m more of  a business owner than a technician now.”

Lars isn’t Donny’s first coach, but he is the first coach to demonstrate to him that you can’t just talk the talk. You’ve got to walk the walk as well.  

“I had a coach prior. It was a lot of theory and not much practice. That’s why we went with this new coaching. What we do with Lars is more focused on exactly what to do next. It’s an eye-opening thing for me.”

Now Donny is focused on implementing systems in his business in order to achieve his ultimate goal.

“The ultimate goal is to step out of production. As for the future, Lars has his vision of a global model. We are pushing for that in the long-term. I see no reason why there can’t be The Integrity Team of Florida, or The Integrity Team of Denver. You have to have a model that makes money and allows you to step out, I think that’s what I'm getting from Lars’ system.”
