As an owner/Broker of Realty Partners in Maricopa County, Arizona, Oggie Penev has sold over 500 homes and helped many more buyers, investors, and more with their real estate needs. He's only been working with Lars for a few months, but after their first meeting, Oggie knew Lars was the right fit, mainly because of their shared ideals.

"I just started with Lars a few months ago. My ideas for how to set up a real estate business was perfectly aligned with what Lars was teaching. It was a perfect fit. We initially spend ten minutes on the phone and we clicked right away. My idea is to create a scalable business and all the materials and systems he has lead to a business that you can step out of and that can run on its own. You can be out of production and just be a CEO."
Working with Lars has allowed Oggie to focus more on the future of his business, a business he wants to be able to step out of at some point.
"In the future, I see myself getting out of production and being the owner of the company. I can work one day a week, just overlooking the process."
Oggie is grateful that his path crossed with Lars. He sees the information he is provided as invaluable and an easier route to success than paths that others have taken.
"Being around agents that have so much knowledge and are so ahead of production and have been through all the mistakes and learned from them, it's cheaper that way and it keeps you on track of what your goal is and provides you with the tools to get to the goals you desire."
