How Jason Curry Got His Team Organized and Structured for Success with Lars's Business Blueprint

Jason Curry (Arlington, VA) started working with Lars in March, but he didn't fully dive into the system until about a month or so ago. He's been in real estate for 5 years, and he knew from the very beginning that he wanted some kind of coach or mentor.

Jason grew up in the Arlington area he's working now, so he wasn't worried about being successful, but he didn't know how to get started. He wanted something that was going to skyrocket him to success right away, but the first coaching programs he worked with didn't do much for him.

"I have terrible organization skills, so I was really looking for a coach who would put me on a path to organization. That's how I found Lars."  

The year prior to joining Lars, Jason's business did just under $19 million in sales volume. He is taking his time implementing Lars's program because there is so much great information it just takes time. After getting on a call with Lars, putting the program into action became a lot easier. The DYD (Dominate Your Day) strategy of focusing on three activities has really helped Jason utilize and implement the entire system.

"I'm actually using most of the systems at this point in time, and my team is much more structured and organized now."

Jason was skeptical before signing up with Lars. He understands that every coaching program out there promises the world, but often fail to deliver true value. The value of Lars' program to Jason is that he not only gives you a ton of information, he makes it all manageable and implementable.

"Most coaching programs are great, but they're missing things here and there. That's where Lars filled the gap for me. He not only gave me a bunch of stuff, in an order that no one has given it to me before, but also set me up in a way where I knew how to break it up to actually get it implemented."

Jason recommends that new coaching clients use the Dominate Your Day (DYD) strategy to get the most of the program. Find the top three things you need to focus on and zone in on them. Jason thinks that Lars' program will help him take his business to the next level, and so far it seems to be working.
