We’re going to do these once a month, where you’ll meet a real estate agent who put my systems in place so they could exit the day to day grind of selling real estate and start getting paid for what they own, and not what they do.

On my first Mess, Turning Point, Success episode, you’ll meet Phoenix Realtor Andrew Altman. Listen to this story:

Andrew Altman had a really fast start, but “I was not organized and did not have systems in place,” he says. He worked 80-90 hours a week trying to make up for lack of organization. It was just he and his wife in the business. He did 42 deals his first year, 62 in his second year, but then hit the glass ceiling. “I knew I can’t do everything alone, but I didn’t trust others yet and I didn’t have any business systems in place to grow the business,” says Andrew.

Andrew called me and we put systems in place.

This is what we did, immediately:

We set up a CRM organized by categories
Started tracking ROI from every lead source
Put in place tracking phone numbers
Implemented past client follow up systems,
Narrowed down marketing to 4 pillars (Expireds, Past Clients, Internet Lead Gen, Yard Marketing)
Made an employment agreement and focused on recruiting every single day
Set up key vendors for sponsorships
And more…

And what were his results?

In six months, he now only works 30-40 hours a week, has a full admin team to do all the work for him, no longer answers his own emails and phone calls, business is calling him, he is no longer chasing business, and says “I now get more than the market average for commissions and a transaction fee – and people are calling me every week to join my team. This is incredible.”

So watch the replay of this live 1 Hour OnAir Google Hangout where we covered Andrew’s transition from the producer model to the business model

We'd also like to thank Frank Klesitz with Vyral Marketing for helping us put on the event and for facilitating the discussion.

Thanks for watching!
