In order to make sure you remain focused and achieve your goals, you must be willing to hold yourself accountable. In this short video, you'll learn about the Weekly Accountability form we use to help keep you on track, document your wins, celebrate your successes and recognize your challenges.

DO NOT UNDERESTIMATE the power of this simple tool... it will change the way you look at your time and virtually guarantee your personal and professional success with this program.

Here is a brief rundown of what's covered on the Weekly Accountability form:

Positive Focus for the Week: We always go B-I-G... That is we Begin in Gratitude. List your Top 10 wins for the week, either personal or professional.

Sales Activities: Determine your number of LASER FOCUSED hours spent prospecting and on lead follow up. How many listing appointments did you set, take, and put under contract? What about on the buyer side? List any questions challenges or concerns regarding your sales activities.

Marketing Activities: Describe any marketing projects you're currently undertaking, and list challenges or concerns you're running into.

Recruiting Activities: Describe all the recruiting lead generation activities you performed this week. What's the number of meaningful conversations with potential recruits this week? How many face-to-face meetings with potential recruits did you have? What challenges are you facing in this area?

Systems Implementation Activities: This is everything outside of sales and recruiting. Describe all systems implementation projects you've been working on in the past week. What are your questions or challenges with regards to implementing new systems?

Update on Cash Flow Situation: When growing a business at a fast pace, cash can disappear very quickly. It's critical to look at your cash flow situation every week. Provide as much detail as possible about new pending contracts, closings in the next 2-3 weeks, current cash in the bank, etc.

Personal Wins for the Week: The entire purpose of building out a true real estate business is to focus your time and energy on the things that matter... family, friends, faith, and taking care of yourself. Provide an update on your top 5 personal goals for the quarter.
