How did you first hear about Lars?

I saw a post on Facebook, and clicked over to one of his links. I watched a variety of his videos that were showcasing some of his wares, things that he was showcasing some of his clients to do. After watching those videos, it's kind of like when the student is ready, the teacher appears. I thought to myself, "Wow, this is the guy that could possibly take my business to the next level."

So I mulled over those videos for about a week, watching each one in depth, then I clicked the button to submit a coaching call interview.

What was the tipping point that made you reach out?

I've been in a mode of slowing down to speed up. I have wanted to embrace new marketing techniques in my market, get an understanding of technology systems that I do not have implemented in my current business. I wanted to streamline my buyer agents system. I wanted to see how I could capitalize on the listing aspect of our business.

Also I am in the mode right now of creating team structure. Obviously, he had all those things in place, so I thought, why not? Latch on, and run on his coattails.

Describe where you're at with your business.

I'm currently focusing on all the listings and all the operations of the company. I've got a buyer specialist. I have two assistants that work on a part-time basis rotating days of the week. Then we have a transaction coordinator.

What are the focal points you're hoping Lars can address in your business?

I would definitely say the technology systems. Understanding the various platforms that are out there. I have never used Gmail or the Google Drive systems. So simplifying where I'm at. Again, these are not tools of the trade in my company that I work with, Toolbox. As well as understanding marketing platforms, and which platforms are working efficiently to do lead generation, and which leads to implement into the system once we've got them dialed down to a good situation where we find it's a fit for both of us.

Have you done any real estate coaching in the past?

I have. I've coached with a variety of different coaches, both on a local level and with a national coach.They've all taken me to different levels in my business, so I've been grateful for the journey with each one of them. What I needed know was somebody that had the entrepreneur spirit that I have that could refine my internal systems and take my entrepreneur business to a completely next level, rather than staying stuck in a transactional business.

What does success with this program ultimately look like to you?

A more balanced life style, the ability to pick and choose the clientele that I want to work with, and if I want to stay in the business, just have my hands on the pulse of the business. Obviously enjoying travel with my husband. Being able to be in a debt-free environment where I'm able to assist my grown children, purchasing their own homes and having the cash flow to do that.
