How Justin Udy Has Freed Up His Time Using Lars' Systems

Justin Udy works out of Salt Lake City, Utah, and he started working with Lars in the beginning of 2014. He had closed 67 transactions in 2013, and almost doubled production with 102 closings in 2014. He is on pace to do 140 in 2015.

Justin was at another coaching event, and as he was sitting there in the conference room he was thinking about how badly he needed to get a handle on his business and to start a continuous process of growth. Coincidentally, he was sitting right next to Lars at the conference. 

"I sat next to Lars, we talked about our businesses, he talked about some of the things he was doing differently and we connected. I felt like some of the different tools and things that he recommended to me seemed to make sense."

After speaking with Lars and exchanging ideas, Justin decided to begin working with Lars. Since Just began working with Lars, he has implemented more systems to hold his employees accountable and he has also looked at ways to capture more business and generate extra income.

Since starting out as a solo agent and growing his business into a team operation, Justin has found that he has more time and energy to do the things that he wants to do. Having more time allowed him to implement better systems and look at new opportunities for growth.

Justin has also found that Lars' High Performance Intensive Workshops keep getting larger and size, and he attributes this increased attendance to the success of the program.

What Justin enjoys most is that he's hitting his goals that he has written down with Lars, so he knows for a fact that the coaching program is effective.

What Justin appreciates most about Lars is his true understanding of real estate. Some coaches know how to put systems in place to generate success, but they don't know how to close deals and how to run a business on a daily basis. Lars understands these things, and that's why Justin believes his program is so effective, because he can relate to the problems of his clients and form effective solutions for them.
