How Matt Greco Is Using His Business as a Vehicle to a More Fulfilling Life

Matt Greco (Hudson, OH) has been in real estate for 11 years as a broker-owner of a small, independent real estate company. He's been coaching with Lars for just over two years now, but their relationship goes back further than that. As Matt puts it, that's one of the reasons he decided to hire him.

"I was fortunate enough to be able to get to know him on a personal level when he was just starting out as an agent. Once he started his coaching program, I knew how well he was doing and just how systematized and streamlined he was. For me, it was a very obvious choice to hire him."

Before Matt started coaching with Lars, he didn't have a whole lot of focus or clearly defined goals, but that has changed.

"Having a clearly defined approach for going after buyers or sellers, as well as ways to hold myself and my agents accountable with their objectives. Those are areas he has helped with a lot."

"Lars' program is different because he provides far more of a turnkey approach. Everything he provides is a proven system that he is currently using in his business right now. You're not trying out concepts; these are things that are relevant and currently used in his business now."

Matt has even redefined his definition of success since deciding to work with Lars. He would like to be able to step back out of his business eventually so that he can pursue his other interests, including spending more time with family and friends, and giving back to the community.

"To me, my real estate business is a vehicle to be able to get me there. It's also an opportunity to reach out and touch lives."
