What can you do to add more value to your service? For starters, you could deliver world-class customer service. You need to blow away buyers that come in for consultations. There are so many different things you can do. You could greet them at the door, have coffee waiting, or something else to make them feel special. You have to make sure that they leave your office feeling better than they did before they walked in. Make the buyer feel as if you are expecting them there. 


In-office consultations are a great opportunity to showcase how you do business. If your office is an amazing, special place, then let the buyer know that. Take the buyer around your office and explain what all the people at their desks are doing for them.

Giving a buyer a tour of your office will surely impress them, but you have to prepare for it. Set up a note at the front desk that instructs your secretary to call out the buyers by name, and perhaps even have a bowl of their favorite candy or a few of their favorite beverages sitting around. The little things can make a big difference.
