How Michelle Taylor Doubled Her Production While Moving from San Diego to Wilmington

"Lars' systems work even when we moved to a whole new market on an entirely different coast. We've already doubled what we did in San Diego and we've only been licensed for 14 weeks."

John and Michelle Taylor (Wilmington, NC) have been working with Lars for nine months and have been involved in the real estate industry for three years. They value education within their business, and before using Lars, they were always trying to educate themselves on the latest and greatest things in real estate.

"The systems that Lars taught us have provided a strong foundation for future growth."

They have been particularly fond of the business tracker and the buyer agent training. This has allowed them to step further away from the business and work on it and not in it. Having weekly meetings has helped show buyer agents that they care about them, and this makes those agents want to invest deeper into this company.

Michelle has an interesting bit to her story because she moved from San Diego to Wilmington recently. They were running a successful real estate business there, but they decided it was time for a change of scenery. That's when they packed their bags and headed to Wilmington.

"Lars' systems work even when we moved to a whole new market on an entirely different coast. We've already doubled what we did in San Diego and we've only been licensed for 14 weeks."

Michelle has originally planned to discontinue using Lars' coaching after a few months, but she has found the information so valuable that she now says that there will be an endless learning process involved.

"I couldn't imagine not being part of this coaching group. It's not just the strong coaching involved, it's also the community and the support offered that keeps me coming back."

Michelle continues to learn a lot from Lars and others in the community, and she plans to accumulate as much knowledge as possible before she hands off her business to her daughter in ten years. Her daughter Lexi is currently polishing her leadership skills with Lars so that this transition can be as smooth as possible.
