How Lars Helped John Mikesh Free up His Time in Order to Get a New Office off the Ground

John Mikesh owns a company called Roost Real Estate in North Carolina. They're going to close about 300 homes this year and the company just opened its second location. John has known Lars for quite some time, as they both operate in the same marketplace.

John has a team of about six buyer's agents, a listing partner, and three admin staff. John is completely out of the production side of his business, which he attributes to the guidance of Lars and his coaching. Because of his experience with Lars, John has put together systems that are valuable to his business and allow him to sustain it.

Now that John has removed himself from his business, he has the time to heavily invest in getting his second office off the ground. His future goals for the program is to be apart of the next wave of business owners who go from operating great businesses to having a great purpose and reaching that next level of maturity.
