“Just putting everything in place and being able to predict what's going to happen as long as you do x, y, z.”

Last year, his business closed 104 homes. This year, he expects to close just over 200. That’s doubled amount of sold homes. This is a huge step for his business, and it means Lars' coaching has already impacted him for the better.

During his first six months, he first focused on a predictable leads system and effective ways to follow up on them. The next six months oriented around tracking numbers. In his second year with Lars, it’s more about better understanding his agents's goals not only on paper, but from a team standpoint.
“This year, it’s been more of understanding who we are.”
In a team meeting with his agents, he encouraged each other to ask each other “why” when presenting personal goals. He challenged his team to jump outside their comfort zones and be aware of their each, individual traits. Dan has also found the benefit in Lars' regular Intensive Workshops.
“It’s a time to learn, listen, grow. It is intense, sometimes too intense. Those intense moments you kind of take with you and grow from them."
